
The photo has a bit of glare off the wet dark paint around the head of the nearest dancer, but I think you can get the idea.
Again, here is the original photo so you can see some of the very conscious decisions I made to 1. focus the composition, 2. preserve the privacy of the girls, 3. clarify some areas that were a little confusing to me from the original photo.

I was really surprised at how quickly it came together in the end. I thought I had at least another two days of painting, but the last two girls just kept me working for a long successful day.
This painting will go up for sale at the RAL Art Center in Kilmarnock, VA. in January. It will be displayed in a gold plein aire style frame. It is 16×20 inches. It is on stretched oil ground linen. Price is $1100.
Good luck on selling it. I haven’t sold one in a while, but haven’t tried either.

Sorry you’ve not had much luck selling your work. I had a very good 2019 and expect 2020 to do as well or better as I add additional representation in a few more good galleries.
