I’m pleased to announce that my pastel painting, “Hug Point” recently won an award from the Mid-Atlantic Pastel Society. My friend and fellow artist, Elizabeth Hood, and I tied for this award we found out yesterday. I’m extremely honored as the artists in the Mid-Atlantic Pastel Society are an extremely talented group of artists.
