A pine warbler has been visiting the feeders pretty regularly. In this case, he landed on the pie plate feeder (what I use for a platform feeder). The sun was just in the perfect spot to catch his bright yellow feathers. Neat little bird, this one. Here is a close-up:
I love how the purple coming through the background really set off the yellow.
This painting is a little bigger at 10X10 inches. I’m asking $350 for it framed if you want to get it before I deliver it to the gallery. It will need a few weeks to cure, of course, before it goes anywhere.
