The Northern Neck Plein Air Group traveled back to Yankee Point Marina again this week. Only four of us were able to make it this week. It was overcast and extremely humid but thankfully, we were all able to find at least a semi-shady spot from which to paint. Everyone also took on challenging views and I decided to tackle a boat and a dock. Actually two boats and two docks! I had to do a minor touch up when I got home, but overall, I’m satisfied that I captured the atmosphere and view pretty well.

I corrected the extreme listing my boat developed on site. You can see from this photo what I was looking at:
