We had six people show up for the Northern Neck Plein Air Group today. We gathered at the Yankee Point Marina in Lancaster County. The weather, well, I don’t think it could have been more perfect… mid 70s, sunshine, light breezes. We stopped for lunch at the snackbar at noon and we’ve decided to come back next week.  I did this 8X10 and 5X7 that I’ll post tomorrow.

My husband’s question, of course, was why the flag pole in my painting was crooked. I suppose it’s because I cannot paint a straight line.
